My Fat Hard Drive – never stops eating.

Daisy DiskLets face it – as our hard drives get larger so does their appetite to ascertain, collect, consume, indulge, ingest, and eat data, pictures, movies, music files, plugins, and on and on. I remember first getting a 1TB HDD and saying “this thing will never get full”. Well, now we are almost there. If you’re wondering how I keep track of managing hard drive capacity and use, I have no magic up my sleeve. What I do have is Daisy Disk. Daisy Disk is a fun way to view, search, delete and love managing your overweight hard drive. Very easy to use and a delightful looking interface get’s an A+ – how can you not give something that looks this  great and allows you to visually manage data a bad grade? – we can’t either.

Some Great Features:
• ability to drag and drop folders, directories, drives, or files right on to the main interface for instant scanning
• Beautifully animated navigation
• excellent color coded visibility
• contextual options per location
• much more

For $19 you can save a hard drive’s life. Daisy Disk
